           ETL presently seeks manufacturers of EPA compliant and explosive detection systems in the areas of air and water analysis. ETL is also looking for more products (various patented technologies) to expand its range of instruments and expertise.

Technical staff has electronic and computer backgrounds and technically trained by manufacturers engineers.
